How to request deletion
Send a request from the email address connected to your Raqibly account. We will verify the request before deleting or de-identifying eligible personal data.
Company-owned records
Some reports, site photos, project records, and audit logs may be retained when they belong to a company account, a legal retention period, or an active customer contract.
What to include
Include your full name, account email, company name, and whether you are an engineer, admin, or client portal user.
