What we collect
Raqibly may process account details, company information, project metadata, site visit notes, photos, report content, device session data, and diagnostic logs.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate users, create and review reports, deliver client communications, protect tenant isolation, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Storage and access
Customer data is scoped to the company account. Photos, project documents, and generated reports are accessed through private storage and signed links rather than public buckets. We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate Raqibly, each receiving only the data it needs for its function.
